The Qualified Remodeler Top 500 is an annual ranking published by Qualified Remodeler that recognizes the largest remodeling and home-improvement companies in the United States.
Qualified Remodeler has maintained the Top 500 ranking for decades, using company information and industry criteria to identify leading firms across the remodeling industry. The ranking includes companies representing different segments of residential remodeling and home improvement.
The 2026 ranking places Zion Outdoors among some of the most established and recognizable companies in the home-improvement industry.
And that’s something we don’t take lightly.

From #501 to #289
This is the part of the story we’re most proud of.
In 2025, Zion Outdoors submitted information for consideration for the Qualified Remodeler Top 500.
When the rankings came out, we were No. 501.
One spot away.
That was exciting — but it also became a challenge.
We didn’t want to simply make the list.
We wanted to build a company that belonged on the list.
Over the following year, our team focused on growth, systems, recruiting, sales, operations, customer experience, product development and market expansion.
The result?
Zion Outdoors more than doubled in size and moved from #501 to #289 on the 2026 Qualified Remodeler Top 500.
That’s a jump of 212 places.
“Finishing at #501 last year gave us a very clear target,” said Jordan Winar, Co-Founder of Zion Outdoors. “We were proud to be that close, but we knew we had more work to do. Going from #501 to #289 in one year is a reflection of the people who showed up every day and helped build this company. We’re incredibly proud of our team, but we’re not satisfied. We want to keep building.”

Zion Outdoors was founded by Jordan Winar and Lael Bryant with a vision to build a different kind of outdoor remodeling company.
