Our Story
Our Founders
The founders, Jordan Winar & Lael Bryant have always loved the outdoors from early childhood growing up in the Midwest. They cherish the exterior spaces of their homes as the backdrop to some of life’s most cherished moments. This passion fuels the selection of products that evoke pleasure and create lasting memories for not only their families but all the ones they have met and will meet in the future.
Jordan Winar (Co-Founder)
Jordan Winar (Co-Founder) spent the last 10 years in the backyard home improvement industry and in that time has assisted in over 20,000 successful projects for home owners in Texas and Arizona.
On the rare occasion he is not designing or working at a jobsite you can find him in his favorite place….his own backyard with his wife, three kids, and two dogs where they might be watching a Cleveland Indians baseball game, splashing in the pool, grilling up hot dogs, roasting marshmallows over the fire-pit or playing Ping-Pong.
Jordan is a graduate of Cedarville University, has published two books and qualified and raced in two XTERRA World Championship Triathlons in Maui, Hawaii.
Lael Bryant (Co-Founder)
Lael Bryant (Co-Founder) Previously he was President and Owner of ASK Services, one of the largest privately held real estate title research firms in the country. ASK was acquired by a Fortune 800 company in 2021. Lael graduated with honors from Cedarville University in Ohio with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance and Marketing.
Lael has furthered his education having completed coursework with the Lean Enterprise Institute as well as Executive Education through the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
Lael’s proudest achievements are being a husband to Amy, his wife of 20+ years, and father to 7 children!
