The Concrete Process
Consultation
Our expert consultants begin with a visit to your property to discuss your plans and ideas and look at the area you want to transform. They will review the project details and answer any questions you may have. Based on these details, we will prepare a quote for you with all the details so you can make an informed decision.
Preparation
During this phase, our team will work with you to obtain all necessary permits from the city or your HOA and prepare all required materials. Then, we will prepare the area by excavating the area to remove the sod and topsoil. Next, we assemble the forms to frame the area in which the concrete will be poured, followed by crushed stone to make the bottom of the excavation more uniform and create space for water drainage.
Installation
To increase the area’s strength, we add reinforcement to minimize cracking. Finally, we will pour and smooth the concrete to the desired level. After the concrete has cured, we will remove the forms and backfill them with topsoil to fill in the space left by the form removal.
After the installation is complete, we will clean up everything to leave the area spotless and conduct a thorough walkthrough to ensure you are satisfied with our work.
