The Pavers & Travertine Process
Consultation
An experienced Zion designer will visit your property to discuss your plans and ideas and look at where you want to install the pavers or travertine. They will review the details and answer any questions you may have. Based on these details, we will prepare a quote for you with all the details so you can make an informed decision.
Preparation
During this phase, our team will work with you to obtain all necessary permits from the city or your HOA and prepare all required materials. We will excavate the area and prepare a solid, level base with compacted crushed stone before installing edge restraints along the perimeter and creating a bedding layer on top.
Installation
Our expert team will then begin laying the pavers or travertine in your desired pattern and, if required, cut pavers to fit at the edges or corners. After this, everything will be compacted again to ensure the joint sand and pavers settle properly and prevent movement. After the installation, we will clean up everything to leave the area spotless and conduct a thorough walkthrough to ensure you are satisfied with our work.
