What a facelift we just received for our three concrete patio areas around our new-construction home (2023)! Just over a year ago, our builder had tried to stain these patios a "Spanish Tile Orange", but instead left a mottled, patched, and cracked expanse of outdoor flooring that made me cringe to look at. Enter Zion Outdoors -- they ground out that disappointing orange patch job, covered it about a half-inch thick with GemScape, etched a Saltillo Tile pattern into the GemScape, grouted the pattern, hand-colored/tinted each tile, and sealed the beautiful end result with a water-repellent sealer. We truthfully can't tell the end result from a real set of Saltillo Tiles -- they are simply gorgeous to look at. A huge plus is that, even when they're wet, we can walk slip-free on them without a care. We heartily endorse Zion Outdoors product and work ethic, and can't say enough good about our crew -- Rob, Olando, Elon, and Geoul. They were terrific! We are looking forward to enjoying our new patio spaces all that much more in the coming months and years, with our floors in the background playing a beautiful supporting role!
Jordan and Zion Outdoors turned our ugly cracked porch into a thing of beauty. They also widened a too narrow area so that we can actually walk around the rocking chairs. Super happy with the entire process and outcome. The results are nothing short of spectacular! From sales to contract to installation things could not have gone better. Our driveway and sidewalks were significantly damaged during original home construction followed by a terrible attempt to cover defects by a company other than Zion. Zion’s repair removed the poor coverup Andy resurfaced the driveway and all sidewalks in a way that looks new and blends style and colors with our landscaping. See attachment to believe. I recently hired Zion Company to install a deck in my backyard. There were two crews involved: one crew installed the concrete slab, and the other crew handled the installation of the pavers a few days later. I had multiple goals for this project. I wanted to resurface the pool deck, which included the back porch and a detached area, expand the deck and improve the drainage in a specific area. Per Jordan’s suggestion, I also improved the accessibility to a detached area. The Zion crew was also able to resolve some issues I was starting to have with cracked concrete on the original deck. Very happy with the results! I could go on infinitum, but as they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. Please see the photos. Update to Zion: next year I will need to do the same to the bare concrete in front of the house.

We recently made a pool and found the tile on our back porch to be dangerously slippery. Zion removed the tile and made us a floor with a style that is just as good as tile. So now we have a beautiful floor in our style and best of all No more slippery floor. The guys that came were very respectful and the communication was awesome also they left the area nice and clean. We got a patio extension and pavers pathway done at our backyard through Zion and i have to say that they have done a phenomenal job.We had a wonderful experience end to end with them. Special callout to Jordan for the detailed planning, being super responsive to all our questions (and there were plenty of them) , for his guidance on helping us choose the right design and materials and finally on the amazing quality and finish especially the pavers pathway. Their pricing is also reasonable.Jordan and his team had to work with a lot of bad weather but they still got the job done within a reasonable time frame.We have more plans for our backyard and we would love to work with this crew for those projects.I would definitely recommend Zion if you are getting hardscape work done in your home.
