Required Maintenance:

Like most things in life, proper maintenance is required to keep your product looking and functioning well! Failure to follow the prescribed maintenance procedures linked HERE may void your warranty. Zion provides professional maintenance services or you may choose to do it yourself. Please call with questions…we are here for you!

Claim Procedure:
To make a warranty claim, the customer must:

• Notify Zion in writing, adhering to the timelines outlined in the G.E.M. Lifetime Guarantee, the 110% Zero-Worry Pledge, the Hardscape Workmanship Warranty and in no case greater than thirty (30) days after discovering the alleged defect.
• Provide proof of purchase and the date of installation.
• Allow ZION access to inspect and remedy the issue.

Remedy:
If a valid claim is determined, ZION will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective hardscape elements covered by this warranty. ZION may substitute a product if the originally installed product is not available. The cost of labor and materials for the remedy will be covered by ZION.
