Warranty Programs
Hardscape Workmanship Warranty:
Zion Outdoors LLC (“ZION”) provides the highest-quality products and is confident you will be delighted with the quality of its workmanship! As a result ZION provides warranties from the completion date for hardscape installations that have been paid in full.

| Note: This is in addition to Manufacturer Warranties. All manufacturers’ warranties shall become effective upon completion of the project. Terms & Conditions:
This warranty assumes normal and reasonable use of products. This warranty does not cover damages or
issues resulting from occurrences beyond the control of ZION, including, but not limited to:
- Acts of Nature: Damages caused by floods, earthquakes, or other acts of nature.
- Customer Negligence: Damages resulting from neglect, misuse, or failure to follow proper maintenance procedures.
- Third-Party Alterations: Damages caused by alterations or repairs made by parties other than ZION without written consent.
- Minor cracks, color or sealer loss, joint sealant failure
- Drainage: Adequate drainage requires a whole-house drainage system. ZION makes no representation or warranty as to the adequacy of an existing whole-house drainage system.
- Damage caused by insects or animals: Including, but not limited to, burrowing underneath surfaces and/or chewing through turf.
- Other: Water main breaks, rips or tears in turf, burning or melting of turf, commercial use.
ZION HEREBY EXCLUDES AND DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHEREXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BY WAY OF ILLUSTRATION AND NOT LIMITATION,WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, HABITABILITY, AND MERCHANTABILITY.THE LIMITED WARRANTIES CONTAINED HEREIN SHALL BE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY,WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. ZION’s liability under this warranty is limited to the amounts received by ZION for services rendered under the sales contract. In no event shall ZION be obligated or liable for incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind for the breach of any express or implied warranty.
Warranty Transfer:
Subject to the terms and conditions herein, this warranty is transferable to subsequent homeowners ofthe home where the products are installed. To transfer this warranty, the then-owner must, within 30 days of closing the sale, notify ZION of the name of the person assuming the rights under this warranty. Upon inspection of the products to the satisfaction of ZION or upon Zion’s waiver of such inspection, this warranty shall transfer to the subsequent homeowner.
Claim Procedure:
To make a warranty claim, the customer must:
- Notify ZION in writing within thirty (30) days of discovering the alleged defect.
- Provide proof of purchase and the date of installation.
- Allow ZION access to inspect and remedy the issue.
Remedy:
If a valid claim is determined, ZION will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective hardscape elements covered by this warranty. ZION may substitute a product if the originally installed product is not available. The cost of labor and materials for the remedy will be covered by ZION.
